Carlos Cruzado Dueñas of Spain has won the 67th European Championship by the narrowest of margins. The final crosstable can be seen here. Congratulations to Carlos! He has now won the European Championship twice in succession - a very special achievement. Carlos will be awarded an ICCF Gold Medal at the next Congress. Silver Medal goes to Bojan Fajs of Slovenia, and Bronze Medal to Dr. Fred Kunzelmann of Germany.
