Event in tribute to Witold Bielecki (1947-2008) - former president of the Polish Correspondence Chess Federation and Polish delegate to ICCF.

Qualification:
Only the group winner (ties to be decided by points evaluation) will be promoted to the World Cup 18 final. No player will qualify for more than one place in the final.

Prizes:
Prize 2000€ for the first 4 players (1000€; 600€, 300€; 100€) – in the final, no tie break.
Prize for a semifinal group winner: 1 free entry in any Direct Entry tournament of his choice valid for 1 year (tie-breaking applies).

After the end date (2015-04-01) all unfinished games are called for adjudication.

This is a server event.
The start date was 8/30/2013.
The end date was 4/1/2015.
ICCF standard time control 10 moves in 50 days with duplication after 20 days is used.
Games are stopped if a player exceeds his thinking time. A claim by the opponent is required.
30 days of leave per year are available to each player.
Special leave can be requested from the Special Leave Office.
Linear conditionals can be entered.
Ties are broken by the Baumbach tie breaking rule (see ICCF rule 1.3.4.2).
If needed, adjudicators will be selected by the server.
Other participants can see the games only when they are finished, and at least 10 games are finished in the event.
