How to Enter Event Sponsor Information
Principle
The system allows the administrator to publish event sponsor details as a part of the event.
Practice
Select Create Event from the main menu
Select the Event Sponsor from the list of current sponsors available if present.
Alternatively, click the Create Sponsor button to add the sponsor if the name of the sponsor is not available in the list.
Clicking the button will present a screen to enter details concerning the new sponsor:
- Enter the Name of the new sponsor. - Enter the URL, the internet address of the new sponsor's homepage. - Select the Banner for the sponsor by clicking the Browse button to choose an image file that depicts the sponsor's logo. The Banner image file must be a .gif file, and can only be up to 90 pixels high, and 234 pixels wide. - Click OK to save the new sponsor or Cancel to avoid changes.
Webserver Actions
On clicking OK, the webserver will upload the selected image and save it along with the Name and URL for presentation in the Event Sponsor space.
