Description
The Open Round tournament is the 1st level of European Server Championship. These are regularly started tournament sections where entries are continuously accepted. Open Round tournaments are offered via server playing methods. The Open Round tournament falls under the responsibility of the Non-Title Tournaments Commissioner. The winner of an Open Round is entitled to only one start in the European Server Championship Preliminary Section, regardless of rating. All sections will be played on the ICCF Server.
European tournaments are reserved to europeans players.

Entry into this tournament may be made via your National Federation or, where eligible, via the ICCF Direct Entry system.
Size - Open Round sections typically consist of 7 players, single-round robin.
Rating - Games played in this tournament are rated for the ICCF rating list.
Qualifications
(a) a player new to ICCF or without an ICCF rating.
(b) a player rated below 2100 at the time of application.
